These are `sum_to_R`, `sum_to_R1`, `sum_to_R2`, `sum_to_R3`,
`sum_to_R1x1`, `sum_to_R2x2` and `sum_to_R3x3`.

In C++, it is just `sum`, since the argument is a concrete
`DiscreteFunctionP0<Dimension, DataType>`, there is no ambiguity on
the return type (`DataType`)
