Improve tuples and add missing tests 

Add tests for
- ASTNodeAffectationExpressionBuilder and
- ASTNodeNaturalConversionChecker

Also fix a minor issue where tuple(N) could be built instead of
tuple(N) and vice-versa.

Finally rename `is_vector` traits to `is_std_vector` for readability
